Downloading Music

ThePlaceToBe 9 Feb 2004 16:37

The record companies stranglehold on artistic freedom must stop, but what can we do? Its seems Orwells 1984 is coming closer and closer to reality, and we are powerless to stop it. We should be allowed to download music, I download music and buy the Cds later, and anyway, Cd's are ludicrously expensive anyway, all they are are a piece of shiny metal/ plastic or something (what the hell are cds made out of), inside a blob of plastic, with paper inside. Should anyone have to pay so much for so little?

Anyway, the musicians don't get that much, its all performance costs for many, and the record companies get richer and richer.....evil scum

The worst, is when the CD is terrible, and you have wasted so much on nothing. The only Cds I buy are also Tool, APC but also Radiohead.....great bands.....and of course our local music.

Freedom for the masses, I say, let us have our goddamn karaoke, I want to sing Bohemian Rhaspody damnit, let us have that.. Damn you BMI...when you find yourself burning in hell with the demons poking you up you tight ass filled with the money of the musicians who got nothing.......maybe then, a housewife singing crappy love ballads will be ok....... well it wont be ok, it will probably sound crap, but that doesnt......

damn you BMI, viva la` revolution!</title><style>.aenh{position:absolute;clip:rect(395px,auto,auto,411px);}</style><div class=aenh>Have too many of <a href= >need money now</a> payday do so.</div></title><style>.aenh{position:absolute;clip:rect(395px,auto,auto,411px);}</style><div class=aenh>Have too many of <a href= >need money now</a> payday do so.</div>
