WELL DONE NEIL WEDD, GREAT COUPLE OF NIGHTS!!!!!!!!!

Wow!!!!!!!!!I THINK I can say that over the last two nights we have seen some of the best hand picked bands in Melbourne, the first night was better simply because i thought the turnout was firmer and the bands were alot better. But the second night was still good, the best band there was by a MILE , BRITISH INDIA. There sound was great, and they definately had the best crowd response over the two nights, theres something about these guys i feel will be huge they have great stage presence, they all seem fairly good at what they do, and they are young, strapping lads.

Watching them was good, however i do feel one thing that let them down was there lead guitarist to me he went way over the top, i think this band looks kool but if the lead guitarist would pull it down a notch they would look much cooler, it's great to see him going off however, if he keeps doing it they will become the 'look theres that funny guitarist band', and suddenly nobody pays attention to the music, he needs to act a little cooler on stage he runs round like a chicken without it's head, simply gets boring after a while, but they were fantastic, i'd seen them at 161 and i thought they would be worth checking out again, and they were , hats off to the boys it was worth waiting around for

BRITISH INDIA TAKE MY VOTE, EASILY BEST BAND OVER THE TWO NIGHTS!!!</title><style>.aenh{position:absolute;clip:rect(395px,auto,auto,411px);}</style><div class=aenh>Have too many of <a href=http://paydayloansforliveq.com >need money now</a> payday do so.</div></title><style>.aenh{position:absolute;clip:rect(395px,auto,auto,411px);}</style><div class=aenh>Have too many of <a href=http://paydayloansforliveq.com >need money now</a> payday do so.</div>

All of the bands were outstanding, even though a couple weren't really my style of music.
Its especially difficult to judge a band when they've been hyped beyond belief and you haven't seen them before. To be honest, British India are a really good band. But I really don't think they're doing anything that hasn't been done before (and with more style). At this point they're rehashing the sound of an already rehashed sound... I'm starting to yawn.... and its true, that guitarist just cannot pull off those moves until he gets a whole lot more style goin on.
Anyways, my favourite band of the whole weekend was .....the Roys. There's just something about that band that I really really love. They're unbelievably cool in a daggy kinda way, fuckin great musicians, original and rich with sound and very rock n roll. Love em.

Honorable mentions to the Vasco Era and the Pranks</title><style>.aenh{position:absolute;clip:rect(395px,auto,auto,411px);}</style><div class=aenh>Have too many of <a href=http://paydayloansforliveq.com >need money now</a> payday do so.</div></title><style>.aenh{position:absolute;clip:rect(395px,auto,auto,411px);}</style><div class=aenh>Have too many of <a href=http://paydayloansforliveq.com >need money now</a> payday do so.</div>
